What format are the photos in? All Jewish Stock Photos photos are in JPG format. Many images are offered at both a high resolution ("print" quality) and a lower resolution ("web" quality.) We don't use the 72dpi/300dpi designations -- remember that all that matters is the actual pixel dimensions of the image. If you print a 600-pixel-wide image at 300dpi it will be 2 inches wide. If you put that same image on the web (which is 72 dpi) it will appear as about 8.3 inches wide. It's that simple!
Are the photos legally safe to use? Any photo for sale on this site is guaranteed to be the the property of the named photographer. If the photo contains a recognizable person, then a duly-executed model release has been obtained and is on file. All such images will reference a model release number (MR#) under the image description.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell? If you are a professional photographer you may register to sell your photos on Jewish Stock Photos. Please understand that this is a specialized topic site, so contributed photos must be on topic! We strongly suggest that before you sign up you use the contact page to get in touch and request our Photographers Guidelines for more detailed information.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Jewish Stock Photos photos that I download? Yes. While Jewish Stock Photos offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
